Rarity describes how widely a protea is grown and commercially available — assessed separately from current stock. Rarity and inventory are different data points; an item is never classified rare merely because it is out of stock.

Full-color listings show recently verified availability. Grayscale identifies a documented protea not presently confirmed as available. A photograph alone never activates a listing — inventory must be entered or verified by an authorized grower or administrator.
